Pros

You get to work with really dedicated professionals that have the patients' best interests at heart. Despite being a safety net hospital network, they have a world class burn center, level 1 trauma center and first rate mental health facilities.

Cons

Long hours and diminishing resources are always a problem in healthcare environments. No different here.
