If you want a job in care management at the mid-level there are a lot of positions. You can work from home, plan your vacations, go on vacations, return to school and get your MBA, deny workers PTO, do nothing and get paid for it!!

Cons

Low respect from co-workers and the community. Work at a clinic; they are respected, accountable and work hard.
