Benefits are better than most, forced retirement plan (not optional), competitive pay, yearly increases. Pathology gives gift cards to every employee during Christmas.

Cons

Morale is typically low in a lab where you are in close proximity to coworkers with gossip and drama that is usually ignored if supervisors are inept. High turn-over rate, and this is not due to advancement.
