Good benefits even though they're expensive, family plan costs $500+ per month, hourly crews of guys are fantastic, close like a family vs the enemy (management)

Cons

Very poorly Managed in north america...please mr crouzet, we beg you to get involved to make a valens initiative of eliminating dead weight off your payroll

Great pay and benefits. Thats it.

Cons

Management is horrible. They have cut our work force 3 times and then hire new employees. Work life balance is horrible. You will be forced to work 60-80 hours a week. They don't care if you see your family. The maintenance manager is a huge micro manager and has zero respect for his people. I can not wait to find another job. Its sad, because it used to be a good place to work. Upper management has ruined the place. Vallourec, Youngstown OH
