Shop owned by company that owns the VAM licenses air conditioned

Cons

3 shifts. Every third week you had to work weekends followed by nights. Times when worked 8 all week then 12 on weekends...Not sure how it is now that its slow. Too many chiefs.

Very strict point system, also depends on oil prices. Not entirely flexible for emergency days off.
