Great company to work for! Benefits were more than enough for me being a single woman, bonuses, and vacation were great. Friendly and easy staff to work with.

Cons

The market for seamless pipe is fading. Huge layoffs at the end of 2015.

Good benefits even though they're expensive, family plan costs $500+ per month, hourly crews of guys are fantastic, close like a family vs the enemy (management)

Cons

Very poorly Managed in north america...please mr crouzet, we beg you to get involved to make a valens initiative of eliminating dead weight off your payroll

Pay, benefits , insurance start all that on day one give you selections on coverage for insurance that you want

Cons

To many favorites makes it hard to move up or work on new machines since the favorites get that chance first
