      Pros

      Corporate works very hard to engage everyone at the clinic level. Pay is congruent with area standards.

      Cons

      Poorly defined chain of command for lower level employees. They are able to call upper management skipping several rings in the chain of command.

      Pros

      I liked my coworkers. Most of them anyway. Decent paid time off but good luck getting away to use it. No evenings or weekends unless you need to catch up on work which happens fairly frequently.

      Cons

      This company does a poor job at recognizing its hardest workers while those that do the bare minimum get the attention and sometimes even the bigger paycheck. Turnover seems to be pretty high. The hours are nice but the work is intense while you're there. They changed the BCBS plan and it definitely wasn't for the better. For a company that size, the benefits are expensive for what you get. Management has no idea what it's like to work in a clinic any more. The HR department is one of the least useful I've had with an employer.
