Pros

Hybrid schedule, management from top to bottom that cares about their people, everyone gets along well

Cons

Each section mostly stays to themselves, even on days in the office, so it can sometimes feel like each team is isolated if you don’t go out of your way to get to know other people.

We also appreciate your thoughtful feedback regarding cross-team connection and workplace engagement. As more colleagues spend time together in-office, we recognize how important it is to create opportunities for people across departments to connect in meaningful ways. Pros

I am a long tenured colleague (10+ years) and have been provided so many opportunities throughout my employment. I appreciate our mission, co-workers, focus on continuous improvement and the willingness of our regional and corporate leaders to listen to individual perspectives.

Cons

It takes a really long time to get through the credentialing and background check process of our government clients.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—and for your more than 10 years of service to Valor Healthcare. We truly appreciate your dedication and the perspective that comes with such long tenure. It’s wonderful to hear that the mission, opportunities for growth, and commitment to continuous improvement have made a positive impact throughout your journey. We’re especially glad that you’ve felt heard and supported by both regional and corporate leadership. Staying connected to the field and listening to colleague feedback is something we believe is essential to building a stronger organization and better serving those who depend on us. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the credentialing and background check process. Because many of our partnerships involve government clients, some portions of onboarding and credentialing are outside of our direct control, but we understand how frustrating delays can be. We continue working closely with our partners and internal teams to improve communication, streamline processes where possible, and better support colleagues during that waiting period. Thank you again for your continued commitment, feedback, and all that you do in service of our mission.
