I started my journey as a fresher and its been a year working with Valtech. Learned a-lot on technical and soft skills. Supporting team members and colleagues.

Cons

Lack of training facility. Need to improve infrastructure. Need to offer better salary to fresher. Hired me as a developer post but gave testing after all which is bad happened with me. But after all knowledge matter which they can't be put me down. Hope for better future.
