      Worst environment to work in and the practice heads are the worst!! They dont even care if you are alive or dead.. They just want the work to be done and hike is the worst

      Pros

      I started my journey as a fresher and its been a year working with Valtech. Learned a-lot on technical and soft skills. Supporting team members and colleagues.

      Cons

      Lack of training facility. Need to improve infrastructure. Need to offer better salary to fresher. Hired me as a developer post but gave testing after all which is bad happened with me. But after all knowledge matter which they can't be put me down. Hope for better future.
