      Valtech hires friendly people

      Pros

      Friendly employees, continuously learning, tech stack changes per clients needs. Allow you to work remote from anywhere. Lots of meetings.

      Cons

      Client assignments last 1-3 months. No time for mentorship. Lots of meetings. Favoritism, only a select few get acknowledged for their achievements. A lot of turnover in staff.
