Valtech PT organizes regular events, parties, and in-office brunches, creating opportunities for employees to socialize and form friendships that extend beyond the workplace. These connections are so strong that they continue to thrive even after leaving the company.

      Cons

      While the pay at Valtech is fair within the context of Portugal, it falls slightly short when compared to international standards. Still, they compensate with good benefits. Additionally, while the company does offer some remote work options, they could be more flexible.

      Workload is not much, and flexible working time

      Cons

      - Organization of the company is very bad. - No prospects for personal development. - Don't keep promises made in the interview process. - Claim to have good benefit, but are actually very low budget option or don't fullfill them at all. - Salary is not the best and promotions are super bad.
