Work from home, flexible work hours, colleagues are nice, nice laptop

Cons

Executive and senior leaders have no direction, no strategy. Everyone is rowing the boat but we are all going in different directions. Too many initiatives at once and no prioritization. People are burning out left and right. Very few women in upper leadership roles. Clients are leaving us day after day. Too many people in management have been there too long. Career prospects are slim and you don't even get an employee review. No salary adjustments for inflation.
