Pros

- Excellent work atmosphere - Amazing people that are always approachable and ready to help you in any given moment. You can talk - A lot of projects available and the management takes your wishes into consideration for project rotations - Great learning opportunities (company accounts for different learning platforms, conferences, new technology sessions) - Benefits - Free snacks and drinks - Private Health insurance - Wellbeing program - 24 days vacation (normal in Macedonia is 20 days) - Referral bonus - Wedding bonus - Child bonus - Flexible WFH or WFO - Company events organisations and celebrations - The employees are very taken care of and the People and Culture team takes care everyone is feeling appreciated (ex: get well packets for employees positive of COV-19) - Great offices

Cons

Not really a con but being a small company bought by Valtech Global the Valtech MK team is expanding very quickly and a lot of processes are - at the time of speaking - not totally in place.

Location is near park so you can walk after lunch

Cons

Clients are in hurry and so management will pressurise the employees. Specially SMAC department leadership is not good.
