Pros
Very nice work culture, relaxed and non-toxic environment. Very nice colleagues and work life balance. Low workload and helping colleagues. Very nice office and location.
Cons
No growth in terms of salary and role, The company's economy seems to go bad since 1.5 year, damaging the mood of the employees. Continuous layoffs since 2022. Job safety is very weak. Salary levels compared to other companies offers are are below the market (-20%) and slightly below other digital companies. Promotions seems to be given only if you were assigned in a profitable project, and not only because of merit. Senior management is currently unable to turn a sinking boat.
