Great work culture, amazing benefits. Work life balance is feasible. I have a really good team in all project which help me to improve my technical skills. Valtech has provided me with numerous opportunities to grow and develop my skills in my field.

Pros

They value the employee more than company. Good projects and moving with latest technologies.

Cons

Infrastructure must get improved. Better to move to some tech parks. And I bet Valtech worth to be in big tech parks. Please do maintenance activities out of office hours. Maintenance guys are doing all maintenance works on working hours. Once staff was killing mosquitoes using mosquito bat when we were discussing. They were washing the mats and clean the floors and other objects and making it dry near the reception. All these are happening on office hours.
