      The people I work with day-to-day are really great. Smart, motivated, and keen to do what's best for our clients and to continuously learn.

      Cons

      The tools we use are not fit-for-purpose and make things that should be easy, difficult, Leadership are homogenous, give updates that use buzzwords and lack real substance, and do not listen to what people need. There is a culture of, oh well, this is the way it is, if you don't like it, you fix it, which means that everyone feels like they're on their own rather than pulling together as a team, in a single and clear direction.
