      No Strategy, just worried about where the money is going.

      Still some great people that work here. Great developers with a passion for excellence

      Cons

      No direction for where the company is going. Where are we going and how do we get there? Stop spending all your time worrying about why the business we have doesn't cover the bills and start spending time figuring out how to build more business.

      Pros

      There aren't any; management prior to Nov. 2006 was great, but with the management change (Jonathon Poole/Brad Murphy), the company has really sucked. Communication is non-existent, and upper management out-right lies to employees.

      Cons

      Besides the lying, lack of communication, and complete lack of respect for any employees? You cannot trust upper management at all; there was no visibility into the business pipeline. At the first "town-hall" meeting after prior management was fired, the new management cherry-picked financial figures to make the finances look at as bad as possible as an excuse to get rid of the old management (i.e., picking the day of the month when credit is most extended --- the day after pay is posted; picking the day when receivables are at their low (billing is done twice a month)). It was done quite dishonestly, and now that things really are bad, they won't say a word about the finances.

      1. Senior management out of touch with market realities 2. Broken business model 3. Valtech has gone from a consultancy with knowledgeable experts to a body shop no better than an off-shore provider.
