      I worked for Valtech (SMAC) more that 3 years. I'm sincerely thankful and humbled for the opportunities to learn and update continuously in my professional career Valtech (SMAC). Great career growth, opportunities to learn and grow at work, trained like a gladiator under my team guidance. Dynamic technologies like Java, J2EE, Spring, Liferay Portal, Hippo CMS, reactJs i learned during my tenure. There is no discrimination of designation/position/Hierarchy; People are so supportive and easy to reach out. Best learning tools available.

      1. Got various opportunities to showcase my technical skills in valtech SMAC 2. Get a chance to work on different setbox media projects. 3. Organization has given me a lot in terms of exposure and experience of working in various domains. 4. Colleagues are seniors are very supportive.

      Working at valtech Bangalore in SMAC has been not a good experience The Delivery mangers are main reason for people to be frustrated. Hell lot of politics. Self proclaimed techie, who doesn’t have common sense with zero technical knowledge. Their point is always correct with some baseless arguments and at last you will feel humiliated. Think 10 times before joining as there is no point working where you are not respected. No good compensation. No career growth.
