      Flexible work environment, Good Work-Life Balance, good learning opportunities, and well-organised projects.

      Cons

      Nothing much, if we get a few additional benefits other than CTC, that would be good, like gifts and so on.

      Terrible global leadership killing the business

      Some good local projects and on the whole decent people to work with

      Cons

      A large global leadership team whose actions have no accountability. The global CEO recently joked at an all UK meeting that he didn’t care that a £200m+ acquisition had failed because “it wasn’t his money”. Would pay a penny for the thoughts of the remaining people from that business and the PE house who’s money it was. Looking forward to the next round of redundancies, which seems to happen every 3 months.
