Pros

It’s easy if you’re a creative but I doubt if they know what means. This is a digital agency that is totally focused on backend development.

Cons

If you don’t know French, you’re out of it. Valtech New York is filled with French expats who speak French all day long. There is also a lack of strategy and concepts. Every idea is based on their backend development: Sitecore.

Centrally located midsize company in bangalore

Cons

no transparency clear feedback on performance while release from project. nepotism & politics based on religion. project opportunities considered on past performance & feedback. #rejection happens without tech evaluation in testing practice # HR is not sensitive & employee friendly. Concerns will never get addressed.
