Working with incredibly smart, talented and driven colleagues Valtech are "doing" agile as opposed to "saying" they are The management team make good logical decisions and care about the staff Staff are empowered to make decisions and raise their ideas and concerns Flat management structure Interesting and challenging projects Lack of bureaucracy Very cool offices
Cons
The need to work at clients offices. I understand why we need to do this but it can be tiring at times.
