      Pros

      Can't think of any... their comp is below market, benefits lacking, no re-investment in the company, self-serving management, no long term growth strategy...all signs of a sickly organization.

      Cons

      The organization has no leadership... they have lots of executives and managers, but no leaders. No strategy, no investment into its people or practices... the only thing they seem to be good at is suing former employees and disappointing clients. Before you decide to join this organization, look into their financials and pending lawsuits.

      Pros

      is there one atleast? I am surprised that they have some positive feedback also!!!!! How the hell did you people manage to get some positive feedback? or is it sarcastic comments ;-)

      Cons

      Cheap company, upper management I think come from government offices. They only need us say "Yes Boss" . If you ever raise your opinion, that's the last day. You are humiliated untill you resign. Just because they pay well, they assume they have bought us!!!! If you don't understand politics, Valtech is the company to be. You'll learn everything here. Some old heads think "their way is high way" . Its NOT the place for people who reason out, what to innovate and learn. If you know buttering , work late just to show off, know to keep your mouth shut, then enjoy, this company is for you!
