      It was a mixed experience between valtech and adea folks struggling to gain control in management

      company has a good history and client list from an Adea perspective valtech as a company has changed their vision and goals many times but currently focused on agile which can be considered hot at this stage Its a large organization which has spent a lot of time and money on process, standards and best practices

      Cons

      A lot of politics within the organization Don't have a lot of projects within Dallas and US and mainly doing good outside of US and offshore Consulting and staffing is their main strength and not project driven work in the US
