      I worked in Valtech more than a year and experience on projects are very good

      No Appreciation on work, no salary hike and not much benefits.

      They value the employee more than company. Good projects and moving with latest technologies.

      Cons

      Infrastructure must get improved. Better to move to some tech parks. And I bet Valtech worth to be in big tech parks. Please do maintenance activities out of office hours. Maintenance guys are doing all maintenance works on working hours. Once staff was killing mosquitoes using mosquito bat when we were discussing. They were washing the mats and clean the floors and other objects and making it dry near the reception. All these are happening on office hours.
