      Pros

      - great work environment - great culture and people - functioning as a "start up" of sorts in the US so there are may opportunities and room for advancement - we have all new management and direction, a refreshing new brand and offerings in the digital consulting space, in addition to our existing solutions development and agile consulting offerings.

      Cons

      because we are operating like a start up of sorts, there is a lot of change and you have to be adaptive to that. I'm not sure if that is a con or not :)
