      Still some great people that work here. Great developers with a passion for excellence

      Cons

      No direction for where the company is going. Where are we going and how do we get there? Stop spending all your time worrying about why the business we have doesn't cover the bills and start spending time figuring out how to build more business.

      Pros

      The company is developer orientated, with decent benefits, and the cachet of working at a premier 'Agile' company. Also the opportunity to work with some bright minds.

      Cons

      Very muddled strategic direction, emphasis on buzzwords and phrases, ad hoc individuals working together instead of forging teams. Also, a priority on cleverness rather than quality.

      Pros

      This used to be a great company with excellent, principled people who were passionate about their industry.

      Cons

      This is no longer a consultancy, it's a bodyshopping outfit trying to charge consultancy rates - and they wonder why they can't win business. The current crop of senior management need to take responsibility for this failure. When they took over there was a growing successful business with over 100 staff. Now, it's an already failed business with 20 staff - and no prospects. Recessions get rid of dead wood, and that's what happening at this company. What a shame.
