      Pros

      Very good company to work, good support from management and colleagues. There are a number of projects and the organisation is growing at a good pace.

      Cons

      When I was working in Valtech, the parking space for employees are very limited. You may have to find parking somewhere if you are driving a car. I am not sure about the current situation.

      No incentive as an international firm in Seoul. Less compensation leads to new recruits with lesser quality
