      Interesting projects, good work life balance (mostly), not too big, not too small. Fun people.

      Benefits could be better compared to other agencies, but all the basics are covered

      Pros

      The ability to experience a truly global environment is often touted as a company strength but in Valtech's case I have to say this is a reality; it is actually their core strength. The practical ability to leverage skill sets across the globe is a powerful tool indeed. The company is structured around that concept and for once it delivers.

      Great people to work with, creative company, flexible schedule, good benefits.

      Cons

      Salary increases have been slow to happen, to not happening at all, in the past but that is changing with new administration.
