Pros
I worked with some excellent engineers. Project delivery was on time, estimates were accurate and it was a really impressive team for the project I was on.
Cons
During Townhall events they said we were getting contracts and that there were projects on the horizon, and there would be bonuses. I had stories and tasks in my queue and then the next morning I got the call from my manager with HR doing the hop on 1 minute before the meeting. They said it was because the company wasn't doing well, had nothing to do with performance. What upset me the most is that I thought I was going to have a job through the year at least.
