      Pros

      The technology talent working in the NY office is impressive. Everyone seems to be at the forefront of platform development. A great place to learn and grow, or lead if you have the chops for it

      Cons

      There is so much growth that the culture is new and learning. give it a few more months and the teams will find an identity

      Some amazing colleagues, supportive & insightful leaders, and sometimes interesting projects.

      Cons

      The company has grown through acquisition, leading to a lot of restructuring, gaps, and disorganization—this is something leadership was addressing, but at a much slower pace than they demanded from us as consultants. One unsurprising component of their strategy was/is to incorporate more near-shore consultants to lower costs of client engagements, which makes business sense but is not aligned to my personal interests.
