Do not expect a pay raise, through my 3 years there I never received a salary increase of more than 4% in a year(while inflation was 10%) and after getting the best feedback possible, they always used the excuse of current financial situation at least for the department in the Netherlands. Never gave me a permanent contract even though they renewed my contract every year for the maximum of 3 years mandatory by law. At the end of my time with them they 'advised' me to take my remaining holidays in the system because they would not have new projects and work to give me for the last month and they didn't want to pay them out to me. After I refused they turned them to zero in the system. After taking this with the HR department they refused to pay my remaining holiday balance while lying that I never objected to this. Terrible organisation.

None, maybe I have not faced disadvantages.
