Love the new ways of thinking, innovative, not your typical organization, trying to navigate the challenges of what business is becoming while supporting multiple cultures-not an easy task! Hiring all the right people to make this happen, especially different people from non-traditional backgrounds in key roles.

Cons

Maybe increase some of holidays, change is tough and tiring, time off for the whole organization can be invigorating!
