Pros

Tops among pros are the people. Everyone is super smart and collaborative and they all put clients and the team first. Fully Remote. Good Benefits

Cons

Salary's are a bit under what you can expect in other companies. Valtech has grown very fast and that created a lack of understanding in where the vision is and how to coordinate all the roles.

Pros

Excellent culture, passionate employees, open door policy, remote-first, great 401k matching for US employees, rapidly growing, great opportunities for career growth and evolving roles and responsibilities

Cons

With rapid growth and lots of acquisitions, there's frequent restructuring, changes in budget, bandwidth, and goals/guidelines to adhere to.
