      Pros

      I loved the folks I worked with. They were kind, helpful, smart, competent, and humble. I worked with some great clients. I learned a ton.

      Cons

      The pay was stagnant. The culture of the company is hard to discern. The main idea is to do more with less. The didn't really celebrate wins as they should've. No company outings, dinners, bonuses - nothing.

      Pros

      When I worked the salary an benefits were pretty good.

      Cons

      They preached about inclusion but fired a person based on his disability, the demand is not gonna be cheap. There are no growth opportunities for LATAM employees, and salary increases are nonexistent.

      - PTO was flexible - People below management are amazing

      Cons

      - Paid way under market value - Management does not tell the whole truth and is unprofessional There have been constant layoffs over the last 6 months since the K+C acquisition. Good people are being let go and the ones that are left are afraid for their jobs.
