      Pros

      Good salary structure,free lunch, nice office location,WFH

      Cons

      Main problem is company's bench policy, you will be hired for a specific role but put into some other role and made to sit in bench for longer time. Senior management is completely disconnected

      There are many pros. Listing few of them 1. Work Life balance 2. No/less micro management 3. Your opinion matters 4. Always encourages to upskill There are still many points to list. I like working here and recommend as well.

      Cons

      Personally I haven't felt any cons. One small thing is that medical insurance premium must also be paid by employee.
