Worked in the Netherlands Valtech Offices * Friendly colleagues * Friendly management * Flat structure, anyone is approachable and open to talk. * International company with loads of opportunities * Very accommodating, helpful and understanding It is a great company to work for a junior/intermediate developer, loads of growth potential. The projects you work on are interesting and it is fun. People are very open and welcoming for a new person.
Cons
Most of the negatives are person and it will be different for other people. I had ambition and unfortunately the company could not meet me halfway. The biggest issue is that there were at some point a huge lack of new projects available, so you had to push very hard to get on a new project with little success. Loads of senior developers left which made it hard to rubber band ideas or get advice. It was understandable why they left but unfortunately they could not fill those positions. Only focusing in Episerver/Sitecore or other CMS products limited the ability to grow the technical projects for a senior developer it became very frustrating.
