Working at valtech Bangalore in SMAC has been not a good experience The Delivery mangers are main reason for people to be frustrated. Hell lot of politics. Self proclaimed techie, who doesn’t have common sense with zero technical knowledge. Their point is always correct with some baseless arguments and at last you will feel humiliated. Think 10 times before joining as there is no point working where you are not respected. No good compensation. No career growth.
