      1. Very Supportive Managers and Team leads. 2. Flexi hours 3. Lots of oppurtunities to grow the management ladder

      Leaves are bit less as compared to other IT companies No Cab facility for the employees

      Pros

      Very cool work environment & flexible work environment (only if you could get in long term project like LV )

      Cons

      Around 30% staff is in bench & company is financially not in good position. Around 20-25 people have been fired in the first quarter if this year(2012) itself. No company's main business has become as giving contract employees to other companies. If any one want to join now in the company should be ready to go as contract employee to some other company. Job is always insecure here, any time you may get fired.
