      Pros

      if the team is good then the job is the best it is so simple of a job if you are a CSR or Management the pay was good got a raise almost yearly pto

      Cons

      ~some of the upper management are cold and would be better if they would smile ~the customers can sometimes suck but its fine since they are only supposed to be there 15 min ~Record breaker day sucks but the day goes fast since its busy from open to close

      Pros

      Company is big about promoting from within, once you are on salary though there is very little chance to go further. most jobs about the SCM role are Area manager related and typically a market will only have 3-4 AM in the region and these guys/girls stay for life because that is the cushy gig.

      Cons

      Requires 45 hours a week but will get mad when you give them 44.5 one week but dont offer any help when you have to put in 60-70 the week prior. Numbers only, no rational reasoing. Louisville market had weak area leadership. Either you were a brown noser and they loved you and took care of you or they starved your location for resources and staff until you quit or they replace you for failing numbers with someone who will kiss their butts a little more.
