      Pros, if it's a franchise. It's weekly pay They care about you and your growth within the company. As long as you work to get your training done, you will get raises on your pace. It's not a bad company to work for honestly, it's more a vamily thing

      Cons Depending on the manager, favoritism If you mess up really bad on a car, it could cost you your job If your a "CSA" (selling) and you can't run numbers, it can cost you your job Sometimes you don't get a break No bonuses Not actually guaranteed 40 hours Strict on over time
