      Donuts brought into the office every once in awhile.

      The HR Department at Vander-Bend is entirely inept and lacks any sign of emotional intelligence. If you show confidence or pride in your job, management will ensure that you remain miserable and under their grasp. Management likes a child-parent psychological relationship, where you are punished for asking questions or trying to grow. Technology and training is outdated. Regressive mindset. Sociopathic director. Hiring process in the office based off of nepotism. Comply with their every word or face repercussions.
