      Pros

      I learned to use a caliper, read blueprints, operate machinery, operate a forklift, and used many other tools to assist with my job.

      Cons

      Early morning hours can be dull.

      Good people, but new owners got rid of a lot of perks

      Pros

      The people were great, it’s really clean for a machine shop, management was flexible with my schedule. Pay wasn’t bad, and there’s plenty of OT.

      Cons

      Didn’t feel like there was a lot of upward mobility, and very little PTO that the company draws from when you take a sick day. Very long hours.
