      Thank you for the review, although we didn’t have any Dept. Heads leave us recently except to retire, therefore I’m not sure about the validity of this review. True, we do have great portfolios and exciting work. As for your generalized comment about negative people, I think most employees would disagree. One common denominator for most is that folks at Vanderweil really enjoy working with others, collaborate well in teams, make friends, and our engagement events are full to capacity. Nothing negative about that!

      Excellent projects. Flexible work hours. Good benefits. Many nice people.

      Cons

      Unreasonable inflexible deadlines are the norm. Lack of personnel and material resources (paper, pens, software). Backstabbing upper management and ownership is cool as long as the money keeps coming in.

      Yes Vanderweil Engineers does have great benefits, flexible work schedules, exciting projects and great people! We are working diligently to hire some more talented staff to address the issues of staffing shortages that most companies are currently having.
