      Pros

      Got to work on large scale projects. Loose organizational structure allows you to take on more responsibilities and get broader experience if you choose to. Many co-workers were very friendly and supportive. Beautiful new office in great location.

      Cons

      Office is very quiet with few people on-staff. Little to no interaction between employees. I hardly ever received praise for good work or extra effort, only told when supervisor felt work was lacking. Disconnect between management and general staff. Workload can get slow and employees let go.
