Good to have a name on the CV. Flexibility arrangements. Work can be interesting if left alone and not micro managed.

Cons

Management and culture improvement. Poor Poor training, a lot of turnover in the team, people expected to know everything. Low salary compared to other competitors and stale. Ego conflicts. Outdated process, human errors, no team dynamics structure.
