Too departmentalized for people who like to wear many hats

Very Retail oriented. Can be hard to get promoted even if you are a technical expert and add value to the business. Mangers expect employees to move around the company, which isn't a bad thing however, can cause staffing issues and loss of expertise if people are moving every year/year and a half. Company is getting too big. Currently over 7 trillion in AUM and when you get to be that size, there are a lot of inefficiencies.
