Vanguard portrays a picture-perfect client first company but does not eat their own cooking. Once you hit a certain level within the company, you see what really happens behind closed doors. Senior leadership often does not get along or buy-in to large initiatives, nor do they have the knowledge needed to make big decisions. The company disposes of top-talent quickly, as they see their crew as a number knowing that so many others will fill their spots.
