I feel good about my future because the business is selling into a strong and growing industry. Also, I think there is a desire to improve which creates positive energy.

Pros

Vanguard is an excellent company to ork for with great growth. The pay is comparable for my position with other companies in the area or better.

Cons

I can not say anthing that is negitive about the company. I have been trained to do my specific job and really enjoy coming to work here.
