Very friendly boss and associates. Everybody is very welcoming to new members. Everybody is always available to help when needed. Enjoy working for this company.

Upward mobility and plenty of opportunities to learn every aspect of manufacturing due to the smaller more “homely feel”

Cons

Smaller team and occasional turnover can lead to a sudden workload increase and stress but there’s plenty of experience and help available when you’re vocal.
